Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Invoice24 by Alphabet Technology, Jaipur, India
These are the rules for using Invoice24. We’ve kept them short and readable – please take a few minutes to go through them.
In short
- Invoice24 is free to use, with every feature.
- Your data is yours. It stays in your browser and your Google Drive, so keep backups.
- You’re responsible for the documents you issue and for your GST and tax compliance.
- Don’t use Invoice24 for fake invoices, fraud or impersonation.
- Indian law applies; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Alphabet Technology, Jaipur, India, which makes Invoice24. By using the website or the app you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you use Invoice24 for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
2. The service
Invoice24 is software that runs in your web browser and helps you make quotations, invoices, credit notes, letters and reports. It stores your data in your browser and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. Our account server only manages Google sign-in and a small account record.
We may improve, change or remove features. We’ll give notice in the app or by email before removing anything important.
3. Price
Invoice24 is currently free, with every feature and no limits on invoices, clients or devices. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance, nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement, and you will always be able to export your data.
4. Your account
- Keep your Google account and any app login password safe. Anyone who can open your workspace can see and change its data.
- If you set a login, there is no password reset: your data is encrypted with it. Write it down or add a second user.
- Tell us at info@alphabettechnology.in if you think someone else is using your account.
5. Your data and backups
Your business data belongs to you. We don’t claim any rights to it and we don’t receive it. Because it lives in your browser and your own Google Drive, you are responsible for keeping backups: turn on Google Drive sync or download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup). Clearing your browser’s data, losing a device or forgetting your login password can make data unrecoverable, and we cannot restore it for you.
See Data & security for how storage, encryption and deletion work.
6. Your documents and tax compliance
Invoice24 helps you prepare documents, but you are responsible for what you issue: the accuracy of names, GSTINs, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply, amounts and numbering, and for meeting your obligations under GST and other laws – including filing returns and generating e-invoice IRNs where required.
Templates, guides, blog articles and AI suggestions are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Check with a qualified professional for your situation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invoice24 to:
- create fake, misleading or fraudulent invoices, quotations, receipts or letters, or documents in someone else’s name;
- send quotation links or messages that trick people, ask for payment under false pretences, or impersonate another business;
- break any law, including tax, consumer-protection and data-protection laws;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer our servers, or get around any limit or security measure;
- upload content you don’t have the right to use, such as another company’s logo or stamp.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
8. Third-party services
Google sign-in, Google Drive, Google Gemini (with your own API key), WhatsApp and email are provided by other companies under their own terms. We’re not responsible for their availability or for how they handle data you send them.
9. Our content and name
The Invoice24 name, logo, website, app design and code belong to Alphabet Technology. You may use the app and print or share the documents you make with it, including our templates, for your own business. You may not copy or resell the app itself.
10. No warranty
Invoice24 is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate, secure and running, but we don’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that calculations, templates or AI output will suit every case. Check your documents before you send them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Alphabet Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, tax penalties or interest arising from your use of Invoice24. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as liability for fraud.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Invoice24 at any time: export your data, use Settings → Data & backup → Erase everything, and ask us to delete your account record. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll tell signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using Invoice24 after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first – most problems can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved will be handled by the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
